●
Will the paints crack or fade over time?
● Absolutely not. If
my paint ever cracks or fades, contact me and we'll discuss replacement.
●
Will the grommets and tie-lines withstand
the many uses during our tour?
● Yes. All backdrops
come with reinforced webbing along the top. The grommets are inserted
through the webbing and high strength stage tie-line is included through
each grommet.
● Each grommet and tie-line holds over 140 lbs when tested with webbing
and are evenly spaced 14"-16" apart, depending on the overall size
of the backdrop.

● Can spots and floods be used on the products without producing a glare
or shine?
● Yes. Unlike vinyl
banners and a lot of printed material, these products are specifically painted
to be used under lights.
● The band has a
video shoot coming up. Will the cameras pick up the light waves from the
painted graphic?
● With proper
lighting and set-up, your graphics will appear clear and vibrant.

●
Are the fabric materials fire
retardant?
●
Yes. All logos/images are painted on fire retardant black muslin and 99% of the paints used are water based.
A California and New York issued Certificate Of Flame Resistance copy is
available and supplied with every order. It pertains to the roll of material your product(s) came off
of.
●
The
most widely followed standard to determine fire resistance in most
vertical hanging fabrics is the National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA)
701 standard. Since the lab test is impractical for spot checking
fabrics outside of a formal lab, the NFPA has also established a field (match)
test, NFPA 705.

●
We have artwork, but is it the right format
and resolution you require?
●
Vector formats work best in most situations, but any format will work with
a little extra work. Since everything is
painted and properly enlarged, you don't need to worry too much about a
high resolution bitmap images. I guarantee clean reproductions every time.
If you were too have it printed, your artwork would need to be very high
quality to have a clean outcome at a much larger scale. Click
here to visit a website that explains vector formats.

How are prices determined?

custom painted to match your logo or image, therefore prices are based on the complexity of the
logo/image and the overall size. I monitor my competition's pricing to
insure I give you comparable and fair rates. For a free quote
e-mail me your logo/image, product size and shipping address. All

●
Does Rock City ship coast-to-coast?
●
Yes. Most shipping within the U.S. is
handled by the U.S. Postal Service. I have found them to be very reliable
and careful with the packages.
●
We have a shipping account with a specific
shipper. Can we use that?
●
You bet. Just let me know the account's
information well before shipping.
|
|

|
|
●
Our band is not in the United States. Will
you ship internationally?
●
Absolutely. Most outbound international packages are
handled by DHL.

●
What size options do you have? Can you
produce custom sizes?
●
I can provide sizes ranging from club venues on up to arena venues. Common club size backdrops are 6' tall x 10' wide. Common club size amp
masks are 6' tall x 6' wide. Minimum order 60 sq. ft. in combined products.
●
We already have a size in mind, but are
there common sizes?
●
There are some common sizes I recommend.
● Club size backdrops are 6' tall x 10'
wide.
●
Theatre and mid size venues can fly 9'x20' backdrops well.
●
Arena size venues can fly 20'x30' and larger backdrops without any
problems.
●
Masks need to be whatever size it takes to achieve the cover you are
looking for. I recommend at least 6'x6'.
● Do you have
a minimum size per order?
●
Yes. I require the order to be at least 60 sq. ft.

|
●
How long would it take for us to receive a
product once we ordered.
●
The completion time varies because there are busy and slower times of the
year. Please check with me when you inquire about a product. I can provide
you with a time frame based on the current workload.
●
We have a deadline that is fast
approaching. Are you able to rush jobs through to get it to us quickly?
●
Maybe. You'll have to check with me and I'll see what I can do.
●
I will never put another band's deadline at risk for another band. From
the perspective of Rock City Backdrops, no band's drop is more important
than the other's when time is sensitive.
