For over 20 years I have been reproducing large scale graphics with paint on a variety of surfaces. In addition to band backdrops, my wide range of past painting experience spanned the spectrum from entertainer billboards on the Las Vegas strip to large scale logo reproductions for the U.S. Air Force.

I have worked with a vast number bands both big and small, across the U.S. and overseas. Some exciting mile stones include my work being seen behind some great bands on stage at numerous worldwide tours, festivals and special events. In addition. this year's America Rocks Tour will have some of my work on stage behind several of my clients.

Rock City's band backdrops are created specifically for the stage using top-quality flexible paints that are stage light compatible. My rare process of reproducing images directly onto black materials is key for outstanding lighting techniques and visibility. With my custom painted products, your graphics will flawlessly interact with stage lights using any color of filter or gobo shapes, either of which will be picked up by the image's paint from any angle.

Additionally, you can purchase your product(s) knowing that the materials I use are flame retardant, durable, and hang properly due to the care taken to cut and finish for a perfectly sized product.

I’m an independent artist, not a production sign shop. When you hire me to create your backdrop or amp masks, I’ll put my heart and soul into the project. Think of me as your band's “stage graphics artist” – I have a vested interest in your project and will have many hours dedicated to it. Going above and beyond to ensure that I exceed your expectations is what Rock City Backdrops is based on.
